✨ Create a calmer, more confident inner voice

✨ Stop Second Guessing

✨ Rewire subconscious Beliefs

You don't have a knowledge problem..

You probably already know a lot about yourself.

You know what triggers you.

You know the behaviours you'd like to change.

You know the things you should be doing differently.

And yet...

✨ You still overthink.

✨ You still people please.

✨ You still struggle to say no.

✨ You still put everyone else first.

✨ You still push yourself until you're exhausted.

✨ You still find yourself repeating patterns you thought you'd already dealt with.

Why?

Because knowing why you do something isn't necessarily the same as being able to change it.

If you're thinking, "That's me"...

You're not broken. And you don't need to try harder.

There may simply be a missing piece in the way you've been approaching change.

The problem isn't that you don't understand yourself

In fact, you may understand yourself incredibly well.

You've probably spent years asking:

💫 "Why am I like this?"

💫 "Where did this come from?"

💫 "Why do I keep doing this?"

And understanding yourself can be incredibly valuable.

But there's a frustrating gap between:

UNDERSTANDING → CHANGING

You can understand why you people-please...

and still struggle to say no.

You can understand where your perfectionism came from...

and still feel you have to get everything right.

You can understand why you overthink...

and still find yourself caught in the same mental loops.

You can understand your patterns...

and still repeat them.

That's because lasting change isn't purely intellectual.

Your thoughts, emotions, nervous system, learned behaviours and environment can all play a role in keeping familiar patterns alive.

And that's the gap we're interested in exploring.

Why You Know What To Do But Still Can't Change

Inside this masterclass, I'll show you:

✓ Why understanding your patterns doesn't automatically change them

✓ How your mind and body can work together to reinforce familiar behaviours

✓ Why you can consciously want change while another part of you continues to seek safety in the familiar

✓ The 3 core pillars of my approach to creating lasting change

✓ How to bridge the gap between awareness and action

This isn't about giving you another list of things to do.

It's about helping you understand why what you've already tried may not have created the lasting change you were hoping for.

Meet you Host

Hi, I'm Laura, founder of The Conscious Mind and creator of the Beyond Talk Method.

Through my work as an integrative coach, I help people who feel frustrated because they've done the work to understand themselves, yet still find themselves stuck in the same emotional and behavioural patterns.

My approach combines therapeutic principles, neuroscience, subconscious change and nervous system regulation to help create transformation that goes beyond insight alone.

Because understanding your patterns is important.

But lasting change happens when the mind, body and nervous system change together.

You've spent enough time understanding why

Now it's time to explore what happens when you go beyond talk.

Testimonials

"I understood myself, but I couldn't change."

"I'd spent years trying to understand why I behaved the way I did. Beyond Talk helped me recognise that understanding wasn't the same as changing. For the first time, I felt like I had practical tools to actually respond differently."
